It is for me. I write these words for no one else but me.
Because it’s for me, you read the best I can be.

When I hug my kids and tell them I love them. When I hold the door open at the post office. When I make my family dinner. When I write. I’m doing it all for me.
It just so happens people benefit from these things. It’s a win win.
The best example of a win-win is sex. Each individual is enjoying the experience, and the partner feels it. Knows it.
I can tell you that life is 99% perfect when the things you want are also what other people want.
