Fitness in 100 Words

Food

Humans work well on very few calories. Eat the least amount of food necessary. 

Strength

Gravity makes us strong. Lifting heavy things increases gravity. To make muscles, bones and connective tissue strong, lift heavy things.

Cardio

Walk or sprint, but don’t jog. Jogging fails at attempting to combine these two. Instead: sprint 100 meters, then walk 400 meters. Repeat. 

Breathing

Noses are meant for air. Mouths are meant for food. Breath through the nose only.  

Sex

Masturbation confuses the body. It decreases desire for other people. Humans need other humans to reproduce. Help the opposite sex out and don’t masturbate.
