Time

Time is a finite resource. It must be spent wisely.

Time is the currency of life. Life is determined by the method time is spent.  

How to spend time: 

Spend time learning things that bring value to others. 

Spend time with people who create value for others. 

Spend time listening to people who need to say something. 

Spend time thinking. Ideas and questions will surface. Capture them in a notebook.  

Spend time preparing and eating nutritious food. 

Spend time lifting heavy things and going on long walks. If time is limited, sprint.

Spend time on a journey. Not concerned if it leads anywhere.

Spend time to reduce dependencies. Be content with less. 

Spend time creating value for others.

Spend time away from tech. And spend time getting to know yourself.
